I will do a detailed market analysis, speak with the listing agent, and present you with all of the property information available so we can establish your offering price. We will go over your purchase contract together to ensure you fully understand the timelines and obligations. I will be there through every step of the transaction, (inspection, appraisal, any necessary repairs) advocating for you and ensuring the process moves along as efficiently and seamlessly as possible.
